By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood, and accepted the following policies:

Returns

We accept the return on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Our policy lasts 15 days from the arrival date, especially for fragile products. No returns made after 15 days from the delivery date will be accepted.

Important Notice:

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide even if you are using your own shipping.

2. Please make sure you don't include non-Gardenizi items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

3. If your items are eligible to return, ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached, and hygiene sticker intact.

4. Most frequently asked about items that cannot be returned or exchanged include personalized products, bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, toiletries, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, and accessories.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

1. Not 100% Happy with Your Order

After getting your order, if you feel dissatisfied, please contact our email support to get support. Our customer service will review your request and send out further instructions. Depends on each situation, we will offer an up to 100% refund of item value/shipping fee/order value.

2. Damaged/Wrong/Missing Items

If the product is defective or does not properly function as advertised, it is required to keep a shipping label of the package you received. Kindly take an unboxing process video in case there is a problem with your order for a resolution. To resolve your case, send us the shipping label and proof of your problem via our email support.

The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirm the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.

Caution: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

- Damage caused by accident

- Improper care

- Normal wear and tear

- Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure

- Aftermarket modification

Our policy may last 15 days from the arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.

Please note that we are unable to refund orders which function properly and are the same as what you order.

3. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, we are more than happy to replace the package and ensure your order makes its way to you. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we must wait for 15 days before refunding the order in the event that the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our Customer Service Team will be sure to check in on your order periodically to track its progress and provide accurate updates.

Kindly noted that for any reports of lost packages, it is essential to submit together with the Loss of Certificate or official information from the local post office on your package order status.

4. Package was disposed of by the Post Office (P.O)

We happily resend orders that were disposed of by the Post Office when the address was valid and correct. Otherwise, we are sorry that any replacements, refunds, or credits for invalid address entries of the customers are not applicable. We are also not responsible for cases where an intended recipient has moved or an intended recipient cannot be contacted leading to delivery failures.

Cancel order

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day.

- Cancellations made within the first hour from purchasing time of the same day will be issued a full refund of 100% order value (without Tip given by customers)

- Cancellations made after 1 hour but still within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day will be issued a 70% refund of order value (without Tip given by customers). Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied in this case. Remember, you cannot cancel or modify your order if it has progressed to an advanced preparation status.

My wife is absolutely amazed by it. This cumbersome wrapping between plants is finally over. Just stop and press, and you're done. Easy to use, it doesn't look like it at first

It comes with a ton of the tape plus one already installed. I practiced using it on my index finger. It had moments when it didn't want to make the initial grap of tape to make a wrap around before stapling. With just a little practice I was able to get it down pretty quick and was able to make wraps. This is so much simpler and faster than using twist ties like I always do. Not to mention cleanup. Finding as many of those ties as I can after growing season is over. This stuff can just be torn. It will dry rot in the sun and disintegrate over time. Now with all this said it takes a few more wraps than it did twist ties as this isn't as strong. That's OK because the tape and staples are so cheap and plentiful. And because I know someone will ask, no the wraps aren't too tight on the plants.

I initially got frustrated as the staples got stuck. Turns out, it was just me not knowing how to use it properly. Thanks to my husband's guidance, it now works like a charm! Saves me so much time and effort in the garden.

It's a very practical tool, you can tie up the plant branches in no time, but it's a pain when it jams. The instructions are not clear on how to assemble it, and the video tutorials online don't mention that one of the most important things is to press the tape very lightly into the machine for it to catch, otherwise it won't work.

This has been so helpful to use in our garden. sometimes takes a moment to get the rhythm of it. but then it works great. We have used this with our Blackberry bushes, grapes, tomato plants, and butternut squash that was growing up and over a trellis. There is also plenty of line/tape for more than one season. Definitely worth a try, we will use it forever since it has made it so much easier to harvest our produce. I have to try and some roses next!

It takes some getting used to, but it's very practical. The first press pulls the tape, don't press all the way down, wrap the tape around the stem, and the second press staples the tape. The only problem is that the staples get stuck sometimes, but you can just use a small screwdriver to remove them and it's good to go again.

A great tool for any one gardening. The tape is much more gentle on the plants than the wire tie type system. The wire can cut in to stems and kill that part of the plant. Quick and simple to use. I use the tape in my Hydroponic Gardening systems as well as with some fairly large grape vines. Staples, extra tape material, replacement cutter and other parts are included for a long usage life. Bottom line... High Recommendation.

I gave it to my dad for the garden. He has back problems so he used to spend hours bent over tying his tomato plants to the stakes, now it takes him much less time, it's fast and he can easily reach every point. He has obviously also used it for climbing plants such as Jasmine or dipladenia. Inside the package there is also a nice supply of ties, easy to use and light!

Well, I originally thought this wasn't working, but it was because the staples I put in were in the wrong direction. Once you put the staples in, it works much better. It's a nice way to attach your plants (especially vining ones) to give them support. The customer service is very good as well! They reached out to help me with my issues and helped troubleshoot the problem.

I love this tape gun. I really love my garden but really hate tying up my tomatoes. Whilethe gun is sometime finicky, overall is really easy to use. I originally bought this as a long shot for tying up tomatoes thinking it probably wouldn't work, it surpassed my expectations and eliminated the need for me to cut and tie yarn to my tomatoes. It's so easy to use even my kids ages 9 and 13 could figure it out to help.

This is a very snappy and a little bit addicting garden gadget. It makes tying branches very very easy. Overall, it seems sturdily constructed, at least where there is pressure and tension. Most of it is metal except for parts that are simply holding the tape. I wouldn’t count on it surviving a hard fall though, so I am careful with mine during use. The action is pretty smooth and has been surprisingly reliable. It does take a little bit of getting used to/there is a bit of a learning curve. I do recommend reading the manual which is one simple page. Comes with plenty of tape and staples which should last for years and years. Looking back, I wish I would have gotten a unit with green tape as the red is a little bit garish and does stand out quite a lot in the garden. But the tape is appropriately sturdy without being so stiff as to strangle plants, or too weak as to break under normal use. At $40, this seems like the market price for this tool. Overall, very happy! 5/5 star

Plus, no more pricked fingers from traditional tying methods when tie climbing roses. I can't imagine going back to the old way of tying plants. The tool itself deserves five stars but I��m giving it four because I found the instructions to be a little vague. It took me 5 or 10 minutes to figure out how to make it work right (I��m still unsure how to feed new ribbon through when it comes time). But once I figured out the mechanics of it, I was out getting all the black Berry canes tied up rather quickly. I definitely believe it saved me a lot of time. The additional staples and all the ribbon is a great touch! Two different color ribbon will allow me to alternate each season to help keep track of

I have already gone through 2 rolls of straping. Machine works very well. It definitely speeds up the process for me. I have 182 tomato plants this year. I was hand tying the plants with twine. Ill admit there was a bit of a learning curve at first but now I'm really getting the hang of it. My daughter tried it out and she liked it so im thinking she will be buying one also.

This is a wonderful tool for tying in vines or raspberry canes (and similar). There is definitely a technique to it and it takes a while to get the hang of it, but then you are off to the races. A massive time saver. It has lasted a season, but there are a number of precision moving parts and the casing is pretty brittle plastic, so who knows. However, I imagine a truly commercial version would cost many multiples of this.If you have a lot of vines to tie, this is absolutely the tool for the job.

It took me a bit to figure out how to load the staples and tape. The print size of the instructions is too small and the print quality is poor. Once I figured out how it's designed to work, and that it takes 2 actions (squeezing the handles) to make a loop, this device is surprisingly easy to operate. To make a loop: 1) the first action is to pull out a section of the tape; 2) the second action is staple the tape to make the loop. The device cuts the tape in the second action. Every once in a while, you miss on first action or second action, but overall, it's not bad at all. The consumables (tape and staples) are cheap. Keep using it throughout the growing season. I like to cut and remove any tape on the vines that were put on early in the season and are no longer needed. It's not a high precision device, but it works well enough.
